Eligibility: This competition is open to all attendees of the selected event hosted by Moreton Bay Region Events, provided they comply with these terms and conditions.

 

Entry: To enter the competition, attendees must register their attendance at the event through the designated registration process. Only one entry per person is permitted.

 

Duration: The competition begins on 16 April 2024 at 9am and ends at the conclusion of selected event. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

 

Prize: The prize consists of a $100.00 Moreton Money gift card, redeemable at any participating Moreton Bay businesses.

 

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the competition closing date.

 

Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of registration. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

 

Prize Collection: The prize will be mailed to the participants chosen address.

 

Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

Disqualification: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.

 

Data Privacy: By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to subscribing to our mailing list. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition, marketing purposes and City of Moreton Bay reporting and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in this competition or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

 

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

 

Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of QLD, Australia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
