Newport Spooky Spectacular Halloween Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Newport Market, hosted by Moreton Bay Region Events.

​

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1️⃣ Hit “Attending” on the official Newport Spooky Spectacular event page.
2️⃣ Complete the entry form linked in the competition post.
3️⃣ Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
4️⃣ Share the giveaway post to their stories.

All steps must be completed to form a valid entry.

​

4. Prize Details

The winner will receive The Ultimate Halloween Market Pack, including:

  • 1 x $50 Drift Coffee Voucher (redeemable at @Drift Coffee Co. Scarborough or the Drifter Van onsite)

  • 4 x Potato Slinkys (courtesy of Potato Slinky)

  • 2 x Standard 24oz Drinks (valued at $19) courtesy of Sippin’ MB

5. Entry Period

Entries open upon the publication of the giveaway post and close at midnight on Sunday, 26 October 2025 (AEST).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on Thursday, 30 October 2025 via the official Newport Market Facebook page.

  • The winner will be contacted directly by the official Newport Market Facebook account only. Please beware of fake or impersonation accounts.

7. Prize Collection

  • The prize must be collected in person from the Help Desk at the Newport Spooky Spectacular event on Friday, 31 October 2025.

  • Failure to collect the prize at the event may result in forfeiture.

8. Marketing Consent

By entering this competition and submitting their details via the entry form, participants agree to:

  • Be added to the Newport Market / Moreton Bay Region Events marketing list; and

  • Receive occasional updates, newsletters, and promotional information via email or SMS.
    Entrants may unsubscribe from the marketing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any communication.

9. General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value.
