Leigh is the founder of what was originally Newport Maker’s Market, which she had the idea for when she first moved to Newport. Once the market grew in capacity, she teamed up with Eliza and Moreton Bay Region Events was born. Leigh's expertise in Events Management and Accounting means she's always hard at work behind the scenes, employing her Virgo-level organisational skills to ensure every little detail is flawless. She's constantly striving to elevate each event, ensuring each is bigger and better than the last.

Eliza Burke is a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, so you can rest assured the coffee at our events will always be that of a high standard. With a diverse background spanning digital marketing, graphic design, and advertising, plus a Bachelor's in Behavioural Science, she's our go-to for anything design/marketing related and always up for a chat about consumer behaviour. Her rich history in entertainment and production adds that extra touch of magic to our exceptional event experiences.
